Haematologica/The Hematology Journal is published in two printed editions: International (worldwide except Spain, Portugal and Latin Americas) and Spanish (in Spain, Portugal and Latin Americas).

International edition. All subscriptions are entered on a calendar-year basis, beginning in January and expiring the following December.

Online access to all papers is free. CME section only (cme.haematologica.org) require either a Personal subscription or the payment of the annual fee if member of European Hematology Association, Asociacion Espanola de Hematologia y Hemoterapia, or Societa' Italiana di Ematologia.

Change of address. Communications concerning changes of address should be addressed to the Publisher. They should include both old and new addresses and should be accompanied by a mailing label from a recent issue. Allow six weeks for all changes to become effective.
